Word comes to us that the Anchorage Assembly, in their infinite wisdom, will be presenting an ordinance to create a Pre- School and Daycare program paid for by taxing revenues from the consumption of marijuana. 

The assembly will be encouraging young parents who have children either of daycare age or Pre School age to consume marijuana as this will be an excellent way they can directly contribute to these programs for their children's benefit. 

Frito Lay may be looking into the idea of building a large facility in the Anchorage area to cover the additional consumption of potato chips which will occur once this ordinance is passed to the general public. This may be the shot in the arm Anchorage needs to jumpstart an anemic private sector. Stay tuned....
